I'm a new customer. I was charged almost $300 plus tax to subscribe, and they've taken my first month's payment. But for some reason, because my outdoor cable has to be re-installed, it's taking a long time and I'm having to pay for extra data on my phone. can someone tell me if things are going to get better, and am I going to be reimbursed for all the money I'm spending waiting for my internet to be installed?
