i tried to contact the Videotron technicians many times regarding the poor mobile signals in my son's school area, Lachine, Montreal. they could tell me nothing but "sorry" for my inconvenience. He can rarely receive any signal (3G), when he is in the playground, and got stuck from time to time, even when the signals shown on his cell screen. we don't know what to do, very disappointed.
