New Sim Card
I just received 2 sim cards in the mail from Videotron. I have no idea why they arrived in the mail. There's no letter or anything with them, just 2 sim cards in an envelope. Why did I receive 2 S...
you might have to call customer service to know why they sent you these sim cards.
my guess would be that you may have old sim cards not compatible with the LTE network and they want you to switch.
Or you have VoLTE compatible devices and your "old" sim cards are not VoLTE compatible... so again, they want you to switch.
