Device delivery delayed - iPhone 11 pro max

So I got a new phone with the Black Friday promotion, it was promised to be delivered in two business days, but the carrier didn’t received it.
Now I don’t know if I should be concerned since I’m taking two weeks off the country starting next week, wouldn’t like to leave the phone unattended

    when did you order this device?

    It's shipped withing 2 business... so if ordered on Friday, it would be shipped on Tuesday... and you might receive it 2 days later on Thursday.

     

    You can call in to see if it has been shipped. Customer service might not see it in the system if it has been shipped today.
