i need to cancel my plan with them but the next billing cycle will start tmr but i dont want to be with them anymore but i got put on hold with customer service for like 45mins beforethey even asked me questions there customer service center was closed and i couldn't get any help on cannceling

You can call back tomorrow morning... even if your billing starts tomorrow, you will only pay for what you have used... essentially just one day.
