Any experience with videotron?
I'm now with Rogers my plan is canada wide call and text and 8 GB for 62$ I'm thinking of going with videotron as i feel that their prices are cheaper, but I'm not sure how their network is doing. ...

Hi Vincent. I have bee. With Videotron for more than 10 years now and always had an excellent customer service but not now. Sorry. I am trying to change my personal account for business and your agents or don’t know the procedures or when I am connected to business one they say it has been changed but no email notification sent and no changes are made if I check my online account. All I need to change my account owner’s name from mine to my company. I changed with Rogers within 5 min. Now I have to look for another internet provider in Montreal so I could switch from Videotron. I made for about 10 calls to Videotron and nobody helped me. So this year you are too far from providing excellent service as you can see. Unfortunately , since I like the quality of your all your products. Thanks
