I want to upgrade my internet plan. Is this possible through the Customer Centre interface? Or do I have to talk to Customer Support?

Indeed, for this type of modification, you will need to contact customer service either by phone or by chat : http://www.videotron.com/residential/contact-us
They will let you know about the detail of the plan, pricing and impact on your next invoice. Note that changing the internet plan may need a new modem, thus a technician might be necessary for the change, it is why the customer service handles it.
