Moving season - can I have an overlap of services?
Like many of us; moving season is about to enter full-force. I've got my videotron technician scheduled to move my Internet service to my new address, but I'm realizing that I will be taking more...

Good question. Because an account is the information about the services given at an address, to have 2 addresses serviced you would need 2 accounts. The best thing to do is to open a new account for the new address. When you are ready making the move, your old account will be transferred at the new address, automatically closing the double account so that you only keep your original account in the end.
