Internet outage

We noticed that the videotron internet went down at approx. 3:15 a.m. Dec 9, 2021 in Gatineau. This outage impacted the generator we just installed at our house. The generator connects to the internet to sends us reports. Anyway, when the internet outage occured, the generator couldn't automatically re-connect itself with the internet. We happened to be up at the time the outage occured so we know what happened. We need to prove to the generator company that the videotron internet did indeed go down at approx. 3:15 a.m. Dec 9, 2021 so they can fix the problem with their software (to reconnect cleanly when the internet comes back up). Does anyone know if videotron or some other website keeps tracks of these outages so that I can go and see for myself when past outages have occured.  Thanking you in advance.

First of all, sorry for the late reply! 

Regarding an outage app or even a website to track these outages, it doesn't exist with Videotron yet. Rest assured though, we are taking note of your interest because other customers are also requiring this!
