New Helix user. I have been trying to port-forward but whenever I use the helixfi.videotron.com website, it is impossible to navigate. After logging in, I try to clik on links within the site but cannot navigate. Only when I right-click and open in new page does it work. I have to do this for every link.
When I finally get to the port-forwarding page, after 4 open tabs later, enter my port-forward, click submit, it hangs at "Adding Port Forward, please give us a minute"
I have used Edge, Chrome, and Firefox, all with same result.
Also annoyingly, every new tab opens the "Helix, Welcome to your connected home" intro.
Any insights?
One more thing, any idea if Helix/Videotron will allow us to change DNS?
