call forwarding
Can I activate call forwarding to an international number(outside Canada)?

Yes you can, but additional charges will apply for the long distance call.

Indeed armin8 is correct, you can forward your calls to a number outside of Canada, as long as it is to the United States.
As for the long distance rates, they do apply in this case.
