Bonsoir à tous! J’aimerais savoir pourquoi j’ai toujours un appareil nommé « generic » sur mon réseau wifi en plus de mes appareils habituels. Est-ce normal et sinon comment puis-je faire pour l...
There's normally a 24 hour delay before our system update your account after a channel change. The signal for the new channel however should be pushed directly to your terminal granting you access to the new channel right away.
Was there a specific reason why you wanted to verify in the Customer centre or was it just to make sure everything was good?

Si t'a un routeur de Vidéotron, tu peux en bloquer la connexion internet à partir de l'application WiFi Vidéotron. Dans l'application, appuis sur l'appareil, et bloque l'accès.
Si t'as Hélix, tu peux mettre l'appareil "en pause" à partir de l'application HelixFi.
