I never switch from illico the old box to helix I don't want to , but from what I read they just used excuse . I don't see the day they will treat customer as human either than numbers. They can fix that easily we just want a use ctv app like all the other people who have tv provider and can sign in. Is that too much to ask . We pay enough to have that. It's been years and seem that they just sit and do nothing.
