Helix remote code rate?

I'm trying to use a IR transmitter to remotely (from internet) control my Helix terminal.  The auto learn does not seems to work (read).  Somewhere it suggest that the remote does not use the 38K co...

Hello JocelynH​,
Trying to control my Helix terminal via IR over the internet, but auto-learn fails—suspecting it doesn’t use the standard 38kHz code rate. Does anyone know the exact IR encoding frequency for the Helix remote? catmeow

    According to a previous answer, it is 36kHz
