Crave channels bundle

The Crave channels plus HBO bundle says its 20$ more on the bill. But when i try to add it, it only goes up

by 5$ instead of 20$. So can someone explain this to me please? there's a big difference between 5$ and 20$ and if that's the case let me know the conditions of this rate so i can make an informed decision.
