Amazon Firestick Date change on guide

Hi,

 

I am using the Helix app on my fire stick nd everything works well except when changing the date in the guide. When I choose the date I can choose when and at what time except there is no way for me to click on OK.

    Hi Carolt,

    We are sorry to hear this. We can confirm that there is no obligation to subscribe to the online billing. It is true that we are trying to transfer all of our communications electronically, but it isn't an obligation. Your mother-in-law should be able to keep her paper bill.

    We have tried Helix TV on a Firestick and when you choose the date and time, keep pressing on the right arrow so you can get to "OK" and highlight it. Press OK and wait a few seconds.
