Pre-Authorized Payments
I registered for pre-authorized payments a while ago, and the due date for my invoice payment has passed but the money has still not been taken out of my bank to pay off the invoice. Im not sure what...
I noticed there is quite a few days delay in having the bank payment appear in the register of videotron...why videotron does not contact the bank and resolve that delay issue...so the customer of videotron does not receive a wrong invoice....
