Paper invoice
My 92 year old mother-in-law was judt told by Videotron that she can no longer receive her cable invoice by mail, only by email. She has no internet-no email, therefore, they told her, no TV. She has...
Don't worry there is solution :) By calling at the customer service ( 1-877-380-2511) they can set her account so she can continue to receive her bill by mail :)
