Hi Paul,
I just saw your post and something very similar just happened to me.
I was charged thousands of dollars in mobile data overage even though I never removed the data cap and never received any warning by SMS or email. My service was also suspended.
Could you please let me know how this was resolved in your case?
Did Videotron reduce or cancel the amount?
If you are comfortable, I would really appreciate connecting privately to understand how you handled it.
