Since you’ve paused your phone’s connection through the Helix Fi app and now can't access the app, you have a few options:
Use Wi-Fi: If possible, connect your phone to a Wi-Fi network and try accessing the Helix Fi app from there to unpause your cell service.
Contact Support: Reach out to Videotron's customer support via phone or chat (using another device if needed) for assistance in unpausing your cell service.
