I drove back to Granby from Vermont on a two week road **blip** vacation to a videotron store to get a new SIM card, I have a compatible device (iPhone SE 2nd Gen) and have it fully updated with Volte turned on, and have power cycled multiple times and still cannot make calls. Wasted half a day of my vacation and still doesn't fix the issue.
