Is it normal that samsumg S7 switches fromto LTE+ to 3G when you are calling

If you don't have the VoLTE (voice over LTE) option activated in the account then yes, it is normal.

      First you need a compatible device and a compatible sim.

      if you have both, you can call customer service to get the option added to your line.
