Videotron sent my file to collections. I have never missed a payment/bill in my life!

That’s honestly frustrating, especially when you’ve always stayed on top of your payments. Sometimes these collection issues happen because of reporting errors or account mix-ups, and it takes forever to clear them up. I had a similar experience while checking some records through Union Property Search and realized how important it is to keep documentation for everything. Hopefully they sort this out quickly and remove the collections notice from your file soon.
