Really bad ping to Mihoyo Game servers

Question

My ping to Mihoyo (Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero) servers went from 30ms to 120-150ms since 1 month ago. My friends who are with another provider have no problems. I already restarted the modem/router and it did not fix the problem. Using a VPN fix the routing issue but this is not a solution. From what I've seen from other Videotron users, I am not the only one with the same problem. I messaged support on Twitter and they said not our problem and closed the ticket. If the problem is not on their side then why does the other ISP have no issues. This had been going on for a month!

I have the samew problem as you. I tried every solution on the net and nothing work. It remind me of the time when it simply didnt work.&nbsp;Videotron is a failure of a compagny, I will try to contact them all the same, but I will need to change provider if they keep failing me.

Same problem.&nbsp; The last week of december 2024 it was back to 30ms but since the beginning of January 2025, the ping is really bad and back to 100ms+. All my friends with Bell = no problem = 20 ms.&nbsp; I called customer service several times, none of them have a clue.&nbsp; &nbsp;I asked them to ping the mihoyo server and have a senior technician call me back. It was early December 2024.&nbsp; &nbsp;No return call.I have been a customer for 30 years, service received not great.
