Port Fowarding via Helix FI App
So I followed this... https://www.videotron.com/en/support/applications/mobile/helix-fi/port-forwarding but I have "No Associated Device" listed in port forwarding and "delete this port forward...
Had a similar issue when setting up remote access for an events company Glasgow based, we had to reset the router to clear all old port forwards.
