Internet Helix extremely slow

Currently getting a download speed of 2mb/s when I pay for 400.

I’ve restarted the gateway multiple times both manually and through the app. Nothing has physically changed in my setup but all of sudden this is a problem.

Is there any other known solution other than unplugging and restarting the modem? Or is Videotron doing something right now where I might experience an issue right now?
