helix force us to use an app and posses an smart phone be connected to internet to configure router
I don't want to be forced to use the app. I don't want to be forced to possess an smart phone. I want to regain full control over what I own offline, locally from my computer. that used to be the case and you remotly updated my device to block me and force me to use a app that need an internet connection. Please give us a way to fully control our device locally wihtout internet or you are facing legal issue we will collectivly pursue you.

It’s worth noting that many modern router setups rely heavily on app-based configuration and internet access, which can feel limiting if offline options aren’t clearly provided. For additional public guidance and related service information, you may find useful details via Adams Court Resources covering common access and system references. If possible, checking whether the router supports manual setup through a web interface or local network mode can help avoid dependency on constant connectivity.

Relying on a dedicated app for router setup can feel limiting, especially when stable internet access is required just for basic configuration. It would be more user-friendly if alternative setup methods were available for smoother access and flexibility. For those looking to explore related public legal and record resources, the Milwaukee County Records section on milwaukee-county-courts.org provides helpful structured information for quick reference. Overall, reducing dependency on mobile-only setup could improve accessibility for many users in similar situations.

You can manage your Helix gateway from your computer. Simply connect to it using your web browser and entering the gateway's IP address (default is 10.0.0.1).

Do that and go to advanced option -> port forwarding and post here what you see
Spoiler alert: -> they force you to use the app.
So what you said is false.
I paid for a device with functionallity, and they removed the full functionnality of my device with an firmware update . I am now force to possesse a smart phone (I dont want a smart phone I love my dumb phone!!!) to download an app and/or be connected to internet to configure my router, wich is unacceptable.
