helix force us to use an app and posses an smart phone be connected to internet to configure router
I don't want to be forced to use the app. I don't want to be forced to possess an smart phone. I want to regain full control over what I own offline, locally from my computer. that used to be the case...
You can manage your Helix gateway from your computer. Simply connect to it using your web browser and entering the gateway's IP address (default is 10.0.0.1).
Do that and go to advanced option -> port forwarding and post here what you see

I paid for a device with functionallity, and they removed the full functionnality of my device with an firmware update . I am now force to possesse a smart phone (I dont want a smart phone I love my dumb phone!!!) to download an app and/or be connected to internet to configure my router, wich is unacceptable.
