Government help for low cost plans
Does Videotron participate in the Govt. of Canada initiative to offer low cost Cell and Internet services to eligible families and seniors. Web sites say they do, but nowhere do I find info on How to Connect. I think the programme is called Connecting families.

We are indeed proud to be part of the Connecting families program!
In order to be eligible, you need to receive a PIN from the Government of Canada's connecting families initiative.
