Deactivate Travellers Pass

How can i deactivate Travellers Pass? It’s not working on Customer Centre.

    or maybe you can try through the Espace Client+ app (french name... not sure if it's the same in English)?

    but if it doesn't work on the customer care portal, I doubt it will work no the app. 

     

    that said, why do you want to disable it? as long as you have no usage in other countries, you won't pay a penny even if this option is still on your account.
