En premier lieu, Il est très important de mentionner que pour des raisons de sécurité, certains ports sont bloqués. Notamment le port 80 en entrée. Ce port est utilisé pour la majorité des accès à distance ou à l'hébergement de sites web. Si vous utilisez un des ports qui est bloqué par vidéotron dans votre configuration, vous risquez de rencontrer certains problèmes au niveau de la résolution des adresses. C'est peut-être une des raisons qui explique le fait qu'à partir de votre réseau domestique, la seule façon d'accéder à votre serveur sera d'entrer l'adresse ip de ce dernier. L'adresse internet n'est pas résolue ou ne pointe pas au bon endroit.

Ce que vous désirez faire est technologiquement possible. Cependant, cela demande la configuration de certaines règles dans le routeur qui permettront que le site soit accessible autant avec l'adresse ip que l'adresse internet.
\n\nPour ce qui est du loopback, on parle habituellement d'une interface loopback qui doit être ajoutée ou configurée au routeur. Dans un routeur cisco par exemple, il est possible de se connecter en mode commande de d'entrer les lignes manuellement afin d'activer la boucle loopback et de spécifier les paramètres des adresses ip. Il n'y a pas d'option loopback qui puisse être activée ou désactivée dans le routeur de vidéotron. De plus, il n'est pas possible d'accéder au routeur en mode commande afin de modifier la configuration.
