I have this kind of problem too... I have to refresh the page to get to the web site. After doing somme test with the "TraceRoute" command we can clearly see that Videotron has some problem with their DNS server.... :( I called and tryed to tell them, but when you call, the person at the other end doesn't realy understand what I am talking about, and make me reboot my Helix unit, witch DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM :( Hope one of the moderator here will relay this info to the Techanical Support specialists ;)Re: Télécommande hélix ne fonctionne plus
Désolé de m'imiscer dans votre message, mais vous m'avez fait parvenir un message privé concernant un problème de DNS me demandant mon numéro de téléphone pour communiquer avec les spécialistes du support de Vidéotron, je suis malheureusement dans l'impossibilité de répondre a votre message car je n'ai pas l'option d'y répondre... et je ne voudrais pas non plus publier mon numéro de téléphone sur un forum d'aide publiquement.... Tell me Cedriks, Since I can not change the DNS adresse could you tell me what can I do to correct this LAGGING and ERROR page that i'm getting.... Here are the result of a Rtace Route that I did from my computer to the DNS on top of Mount Royal We can CLEARLY se that i'm getting LAG Thanks in advance for any help that might guide me to a solution... Bonjour, depuis l'installation de la borne Helix, mon logiciel WYSIWYG que j'utilise pour modifier mon site web ne peut plus faire ses mises a jour avec le serveur ... selon le concepteur, il est question de pare feu, après avoir désactiver celui de Windows , j'ai toujours le meme problèmej'en conclue donc que ce serait celui de Helix, j'aimerais savoir comment pouvoir ajouter une exeption au pare feu Helix... voicl le log d'erreur si ca peut aider *** START OF PUBLISH *** Scanning publish folder...
