Only recording 8 seconds of a specific show

Any idea why I can never get my pvr to fully record 'the five' on foxnews news? It only records 4-8 seconds, every single day and I don't know why. Even if I set it up to manually record, I still only got 6 seconds today

I have hundreds of series recordings setup that never fail. 'the five' is the only show I can consistently reproduce this issue with

Hi! That is indeed a weird behavior. Does this happen on a traditional illico box, or does it happen on Helix?

Illico box. I'm just curious if anyone has seen any similar behaviour tbh

Hi there! Are you recording the show manually or, did you program the show to record automatically?

After deleting all the episodes and manually adding a single recording it seems to work now. So odd
