Only recording 8 seconds of a specific show

Any idea why I can never get my pvr to fully record 'the five' on foxnews news? It only records 4-8 seconds, every single day and I don't know why. Even if I set it up to manually record, I still only...

Hi! That is indeed a weird behavior. Does this happen on a traditional illico box, or does it happen on Helix?
