For some reason I can't watch MSNBC. It's on the GUIDE - but the channel is just blank (black). Can watch all other channels. Is it down?

For some reason i cant watch some news channels like MSNBC, CNN, Fox. Dont know whats the reason but it was okay till yesterday.
