On our end, we tried the app on a 4k Alexa Firestick and it's working well. Do you have an update that needs to be installed for the Firestick? If so, try it and then restart the Firestick.
If it's already up to date, we strongly suggest you try to factory reset the Firestick and then, reinstall your apps including Helix TV!
We have been having the same issue for the past few months. We have to keep on exiting the helix app and after a while it starts working again. Sometime we have to unplug everything to fix thing. Very annoying. If it doesn’t change we will have to switch back to Bell
