HD Channel upgrade

Several channels like Silver Screen Classic, Documentary Channel that are available in HD on other providers. Will Videotron try to have all channels in HD? Is it possible to remove SD channels or have the receivers down scale them to free up more space for HD? I mean.. who's not watching on an HD set anymore?
