FireTV and not Fire stick

I purchased a tv with Firetv built in. Searched for Helix app and does not list as an app. It is available on fire stick. When will a version for Firetv be available?

The FireTV is integrated in the TV. It is an Insigna Fire TV. When I request Helix I get the following: See attached picture. Thank you
