Crave a la carte now on Helix?

In the shop section of the videotron website, I see Crave is an a la carte option on Helix. Do you get HBO, Showtime, and Crave channels if you purchase it? Or is it just a subscription to the crave on demand stuff? Also, does Helix now have a Crave app?
