Changing Password in Customer Centre

My account is currently locked, due to entering the incorrect password multiple times. Whenever I click "forgot password", I provide my username on the following page and then click Enter. When I do that, the next page does not open or is unresponsive... I am not sure how I can change my password and customer service is not any help.
