I'm trying to login to my old Videotron email, but need to reset the password in Customer Center. When trying to reset, the page tells me it's going to send an email to the same Videotron email I'm trying to reset.
How can I deal with this issue?
I tried "Chat with a representative" but it doesn't work. I'm unavailable for phone calls. Is there another option?
