10$ added to my bill that was supposed to b 126$ a month till October 2019. Not a happy customer again!!

usually, prices are not protected... only rebates. 

so let's say you have a $30 rebate on 12 months... this rebate will stay for this 12 months period... but if there's a price increase, you are very likely to get this price increase. 

If this is infact a price increase, you should have received by email, mail or on your invoice an increase notice. 

that said, call customer service... they will be able to explain it a little bit better.
