Hi, we have ordered 2 iPhones 15 pro max on November 24th, since then there is basically no update… visited the store two times no information, customer service tells us to wait, but it’s been already more than a month!!! This company is a huge joke!
Do you guys from Videotron have anything to say? This is not a good approach with a new customer…
