Can someone explain why the conditional call forwarding doesn't work and is blocked if the voicemail feature is not enabled on the account? I use a service called YouMail and I do NOT want to pay for, need nor want Videotron Voicemail in addition to Call Forwarding just so I can have call forwarding... seems VERY bizzare and is extremely frustrating.
