There is a voicemail notification stuck on my phone
I have had a notification for a new voicemail stuck on my phone for quite some time, and no matter how many times I check/clear my voice mailbox it remains. How do I get rid of it?
Hi KaizokA, it is possible the message alert is disabled in your voicemail settings. Consequently, your phone does not receive the signal that there are no new messages and the indicator might remain on. To reactivate it, you can access the voicemail as usual and when you hear "Main menu", dial options 4 followed by 1 to reactivate the message alert. Everything should be fine afterwards.
