I want to create a 2nd email address and so I go to the web email, add new email address, I type my new email like rune304 (I leave the @Videotron.ca off because it shows in the adjacent box), I hit the check availability button and I get this message “An unexpected problem prevents us from completing your request”. What I do wrong?
