I recently added 3 Wemo smart plugs to my helix.
but I would like to rename them but I do not know which plug is which, and the MAC addresses are all the same on them in the device details. how can I remove them and read them? I have tried to unplug them all from the wall, and factory reset them, but when I go into the helix app they still show as connected to the network.

you could unplug them all and they'll eventually fall in the "offline devices" section of the Helix Fi application.
Once offline, if you select the device you'll have the option to "forget it", effectively removing it's trace from the app.
Simply reconnect them 1 by 1 afterwards and rename accordingly.
