removing a device from my network?
hello, I recently added 3 Wemo smart plugs to my helix. but I would like to rename them but I do not know which plug is which, and the MAC addresses are all the same on them in the device detail...
you could unplug them all and they'll eventually fall in the "offline devices" section of the Helix Fi application.
Once offline, if you select the device you'll have the option to "forget it", effectively removing it's trace from the app.
Simply reconnect them 1 by 1 afterwards and rename accordingly.
