No roaming in Lithuania

Hello,

I have no service when traveling in Lithuania. Is there no videotron coverage there or am i missing some settings on my phone? I get coverage in other eu countries, so i don't think it's something to do with my device.

I need to be able to receive sms for various 2 step authentication logins etc
