My videotron router

Hello, for some reason I can’t access my videotron router anymore and it pop up these messages. Also, I don’t know what is ZyXEL Web Configurator.

Hi Jonathan,

Before anything, rebooting the router may very well fix this issue. Simply remove its power connector, and plug it right back in.

If the issue persists afterwards, you can try restoring it back to factory defaults. To achieve this, press the router's "reset" button and hold it down for more than 20 seconds.
